How long does a Tier 02 engagement take?
Focused builds (Asana setup, single SOP library) run 2–4 weeks. Department-level engagements run 6–12 weeks plus ongoing management.
Do you actually use AI?
Yes — to accelerate documentation, draft starting points, and pattern-match across past engagements. But every output is reviewed, tested, and refined by experienced operators. AI is a tool, not the product.
What if we already have some SOPs?
Great. We'll audit what you have, identify what's working, fill the gaps, and rebuild what's broken. We don't tear down for the sake of it.
Can you run the department after you build it?
Yes. Tier 02 includes department-level management as an option. Many clients keep us embedded for ongoing accountability and KPI ownership.
What if we want to keep ownership internally?
